Home FAQs

Image analysis involves processing an image into fundamental components to extract meaningful information. Image analysis can include tasks such as finding shapes, detecting edges, removing noise, counting objects, and calculating statistics for texture analysis or image quality.

It helps to improve images for human interpretation. Information can be processed and extracted from images for machine interpretation. The pixels in the image can be manipulated to any desired density and contrast. Images can be stored and retrieved easily.

This includes jpeg, tiff etc…

Yes- Each detected objects automatically measured with 75 morphological parameters like Area, diameter, Major axis, Minor Axis, roundness, circularity, aspect ratio, also ISO parameters like AED, etc based on this the objects are classified.

The software allows both single and batch run analysis of more than 500 images at a time.

Yes – System can be easily configured to meet user defined class tables.

The d10, d50 and d90 are so-called percentile values. These are statistical parameters that can be read directly from the cumulative particle size distribution. They indicate the size below which 10%, 50% or 90% of all particles are found. In addition to D10 D50 D90 the system provide Mean values based on both number and volume.

We have in total 11 modules for metallurgical analysis i.e. (phase analysis, grain size, coating thickness, nodularity) designed as per ASTM and other Industry standards.
