This Privacy Policy describes how Biovis Campaign Platform (“we,” “our,” “the Platform”), a product of Expert Vision Labs, accesses, uses, stores, and protects data — including data accessed through your connected Google Account — when you use our service.

1. Who we are

Biovis Campaign Platform is an email outreach and follow-up automation tool operated by Expert Vision Labs, designed to help businesses manage automated follow-up sequences with leads and contacts.

2. What data we access through your Google Account

When you connect your Gmail account to Biovis Campaign Platform via Google OAuth, we request the following permissions (scopes):

  • Send email on your behalf (gmail.send) — used to send initial outreach emails and scheduled follow-up emails to your contacts, from your own connected mailbox.
  • Read, compose, send, and manage labels on your mail (gmail.modify) — used specifically to detect replies to emails we’ve sent on your behalf, so we can automatically pause a contact’s follow-up sequence once they’ve responded. We do not permanently delete any of your emails using this permission.

We do not access, read, or process any email in your mailbox unrelated to campaigns sent through the Platform. We do not access your Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service.

3. How we use this data

  • To send outreach and follow-up emails you have configured, on your behalf, from your own mailbox.
  • To detect replies to those specific emails, so your automated follow-up sequence stops for a contact who has already responded.
  • We do not use the content of your emails or your contacts’ emails for any purpose other than operating the outreach and follow-up features you’ve configured.

4. How we store and protect this data

  • Your Google OAuth tokens (the credentials that allow us to act on your behalf) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption before being stored in our database. They are never stored or transmitted in plain text.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your Google user data with third parties.
  • We do not use your Google user data to train any AI or machine learning models.
  • Access to stored data is limited to what’s necessary to operate the Platform’s features.

5. Other data we collect

Separate from Google Account data, when you use the Platform we also store:

  • Contact information you upload for outreach campaigns (names, email addresses, company names, and — where provided — phone numbers). Phone numbers are encrypted at rest; other fields are stored as provided to support core functionality like deduplication and search.
  • Records of emails sent and their delivery/reply status, to power your campaign dashboard and reporting.
  • An audit log of account actions (logins, sends, data exports/deletions) for security and accountability purposes.

6. Data retention and deletion

  • You may disconnect your Google Account from the Platform at any time, which immediately revokes our access to send or read your mail.
  • Contact records can be erased on request — we anonymize the contact’s personal details (name, email, phone) while retaining non-identifying campaign statistics, in line with data protection principles that permit retaining aggregate records that no longer identify an individual.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent for Google Account access at any time via your Google Account’s third-party access settings or by contacting us directly.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated “Last updated” date above.
